Privacy Policy
About this policy
This policy explains how Window Tint Biz (WindowTint.biz) handles information when you use our website, request a consultation or communicate with us. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, project location, project description and messages. If you send project photos, those may also contain personal information. Please provide only what is relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identification documents or sensitive personal information through a contact form or chat.
How we use information
We use inquiry and conversation information to answer questions, assess your project, arrange consultations, prepare estimates, provide requested services and keep related business records. It may also be used to resolve problems and protect our services from misuse. Sending an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in a marketing subscription.
Our consultation form and service providers
Our website consultation form is provided through Tint Wiz. Information submitted through that form is processed by Tint Wiz and made available to our business for handling your inquiry. Website hosting, communication and business-service providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Authorized people working with our business may access relevant information to respond to you and manage your project. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims. See Tint Wiz’s privacy policy for its own practices.
Optional website analytics
Our website offers optional Google Analytics. The analytics tag loads only after you choose Allow, and the consultation form does not depend on that choice. With permission, this setup measures page visits, certain link clicks and views of the consultation confirmation screen. A click or confirmation-screen view is not proof of a completed call or genuine inquiry. We do not send your form text through this analytics setup, and advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
Cookies and your analytics choice
Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. Your analytics choice is saved in browser storage for up to 180 days. You can change it using Analytics preferences in the website footer. Turning analytics off stops future collection by this setup; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Supported browser privacy signals keep optional analytics off. The embedded consultation form and third-party services may have their own cookies, storage and privacy controls. Hosting and network providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure their services. See Google’s privacy policy.
Google and AI-assisted messaging
Where our Google Business Profile offers AI-assisted messaging, messages and the contact or project details you provide may be processed by Google, messaging providers and our business to deliver the conversation and respond to your request. Our team may read and respond to conversations. Automated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate; please ask our team to confirm project-specific advice, pricing and availability. Google and your messaging provider have their own privacy terms and controls. RCS for Business is not end-to-end encrypted. Please avoid sensitive information in chat. See Google’s RCS for Business data-security information.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form or message, decline optional analytics, or contact us to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting information you have provided. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. To stop a messaging conversation, use the messaging service’s stop or block controls, or tell us you no longer want messages. You may also call us using the number below.
Retention and security
Inquiry and project records are not necessarily deleted when a conversation ends. Retention depends on the purpose of the record, ongoing customer service, legal or accounting requirements, and the systems used. Contact us with a specific deletion or retention question. No website or messaging service can guarantee absolute security.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or requests, call (213) 431-0067 or use our contact form and identify your message as a privacy request. We may update this page as our services or practices change; the date above identifies the latest revision. Also see our Terms of Service.
